What's the deal with general health supplements?

So, natural anti-aging tips, huh? Honestly, it's all about lifestyle changes, not some magic potion or special supplement. And I'm no expert, so take my advice for what it's worth - I'm just someone who's been experimenting.

First off, get some quality sleep. Like, actually go to bed at a reasonable time and stick to it. I know this sounds obvious, but trust me, it's hard. When my therapist suggested I track my sleep patterns I thought it was a waste of time, but it drove me crazy to find out how bad I was at it. Actually, getting eight hours a night has made a huge difference for me. I feel rested and refreshed, not tired all the time.

And eat veggies, man. Sort of like, try to include some in every meal. I know it sounds boring, but it's actually pretty cool to cook for yourself. Honestly, I'd rather eat a salad than go out for dinner sometimes. And make sure you're drinking enough water - not just soda or juice, actual water.

But, tbh, it's hard to stick to a diet, especially if you're not a morning person like me. After three failed diets in a row I was like, "What's the point?" But this time, I tried to make things easier on myself. I just focused on eating one more healthy meal a day than I used to, and that kind of helped.

And exercise, duh. Like, move your body. Just get outside and walk or something. I guess it's not the most original advice, but honestly, it works. I'm not a doctor, so take my word for it.

Honestly, sometimes nothing works for years, so don't expect miracles. And results vary a lot, so just find what works for you and do it. I'm pretty sure that's the key, I guess.

Anyway, that's my two cents on natural anti-aging. Take care of yourself, and you might just find yourself not looking or feeling like you're 50 (whatever that means).
